- ACTA uses Google OAuth for Gmail connections. Users authorize access via Google's official login flow. ACTA stores only encrypted access and refresh tokens — never passwords or raw credentials.
- Can I revoke ACTA's access to my Gmail?
- Yes. You can disconnect Gmail from within ACTA's workspace settings, or revoke access directly from your Google account security settings at any time.
- How is workspace access controlled?
- ACTA uses role-based access control. Administrators can set permissions for team members, limiting what each user can see, send, or configure.
- Where is ACTA data stored?
- ACTA is a web application hosted on server infrastructure. Specific data residency details are available in the privacy policy and can be discussed with the ACTA team directly.
